Who makes SimpliGen
SimpliGen is a Windows desktop app for AI image and video generation. It is built and sold by a Dutch sole proprietorship registered in Rotterdam. This page exists so you can check that for yourself before you buy.
The people
- Sharmystic, founder. Over two years of building with ComfyUI came before SimpliGen, and the app is the answer to the setup problems that stop most people before their first image: dependency errors, broken workflows, cryptic node graphs.

How to check we are real
- Company. Registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 94598924, VAT NL005095954B27, based in Rotterdam. The same details are in our terms.
- Where it is sold. simpligen.gumroad.com/l/simpligen is the only official place to buy SimpliGen, and simpligen.io is the only official site. A download offered anywhere else did not come from us.
- Track record. 2,274 sales and a 4.5 average from 127 ratings on Gumroad, as of 14 September 2026. The ratings are public on the Gumroad page.
- Community. Over 5,000 members on Discord, where install help and feedback happen in the open.
- The fine print. What you buy, how refunds work and what may be generated are written down at /terms, /refunds and /content-policy.
What SimpliGen is, and is not
- A one-time purchase with lifetime updates. There is no subscription.
- Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit. There is no macOS or Linux version.
- Generation runs on your own NVIDIA GPU, where nothing leaves your machine and there is no per-image fee, or on SimpliGen's cloud GPUs paid with credits.
- The app itself is paid. Copies described as free, cracked or available as a torrent do not come from us, and we cannot help with them.
